All of our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after payment is confirmed.
Typical production times are:

Order Tracking

Multiple Shipments
Because products may be produced at different fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
If this occurs, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipping, we may be unable to make changes.
LeeLee is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays
Delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
