Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with LeeLee.

All of our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

 

Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after payment is confirmed. Typical production times are:

•    Standard products: 2–7 business days

•    Custom or specialty products: 3–10 business days

Production times may be longer during holiday seasons, major sales events, high-demand periods, or unexpected supply chain disruptions.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

 

 

After production is complete, orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Estimated shipping times:

Australia

•    Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

New Zealand

•    Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

United States

•    Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

Canada

•    Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

United Kingdom

•    Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

International Orders

•    Standard Shipping: 7–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, order size, delivery location, and shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

 

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take several days to appear after shipment.

 

 

Because products may be produced at different fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this occurs, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

 

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipping, we may be unable to make changes. LeeLee is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

 

 

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

•    Your order number

•    A description of the issue

•    Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

 

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

 

 

Delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
