Refund & Return Policy

Overview

 

Thank you for shopping with House of LeeLee.

As we operate a print-on-demand business, all products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. For this reason, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Custom Print-on-Demand Products

 

All of our products are custom-made through our production partner Printify. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we are unable to process returns or refunds for the following reasons:

 

          Change of mind after placing the order

          Incorrect size or color selection made by the customer

          Customer ordering mistakes

 

Please ensure all order details — including size, color, design, and shipping address — are correct before completing your purchase.

 

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

 

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that was not present in your submitted design.

 

2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, size, or design compared to what you ordered.

 

3. Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

 

If you believe your order is eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at leetanner58@outlook.com with the following information:

 

1.       Your order number

2.       A clear description of the issue

3.       Photos showing the problem (if applicable)

4.       Packaging images (if the item arrived damaged)

 

We may require additional information to process your request. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

 

Resolution Options

 

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the nature of the issue:

 

          A free replacement of the item

          A partial or full refund to your original payment method

          Store credit (in some cases)

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Because all products are custom-made to order, the following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

 

          Custom printed items (change of mind)

          Wrong size ordered by the customer

          Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

          Items that have been worn, washed, or used

          Orders where the customer approved the design before production

 

Printify Fulfillment Responsibility

 

Our products are fulfilled by Printify and its production partners. We work closely with Printify to ensure the highest quality, however minor variations in print placement, colour, or finish may occur due to the nature of the printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

Shipping & Delivery Issues

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, Australia Post, customs authorities, or events outside our control (including natural disasters or public holidays).

 

However, if your order is significantly delayed or confirmed lost, we will actively assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier or Printify.

 

Refund Processing Time

 

If a refund is approved by our team:

 

          Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

          Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

          You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

 

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

 

This policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major fault, is unsafe, or does not match the description provided.

 

However, the ACL does not require businesses to provide refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. For more information, please visit: www.accc.gov.au
